Zinc steel Fence
Zinc Steel Fence A zinc steel fence is made from high-strength, roll-formed closed-section profiles. The base material is hot-dip galvanized steel, finished with electrostatic powder coating. These fences offer high strength, durability, aesthetic appeal, and vibrant colors, making them the preferred choice for residential communities, factories, schools, and road infrastructure.
Introduction of Zinc Steel Fence
Zinc steel fences are high-performance railings made from galvanized steel tubes. The electrostatic powder coating provides superior hardness, an elegant finish, and long-lasting color. Unlike traditional iron fences that require welding, are prone to rust, and offer limited color options, zinc steel fences use a weld-less assembly system. This results in a durable, cost-effective, and low-maintenance solution. Applications include balcony railings, staircases, garden fences, window guards, and road barriers. The base material is hot-dip galvanized to prevent rust for decades, while high-strength nylon components ensure robust performance.
1. Characteristics of Zinc Steel Fence
Base Material: High-frequency welded galvanized steel tube with 60-80g/㎡ zinc coating, ensuring 3-5 years of rust resistance.
Advanced Process: Surface treatment includes degreasing, nano-ceramic conversion, and electrostatic coating cured at 220°C, providing up to 20 years of corrosion resistance.
Weld-less Design: Utilizes specially developed fittings for a seamless, strong, and aesthetically pleasing structure that meets American Fence Association standards.
Eco-Friendly: The powder coating is self-cleaning and environmentally friendly.
2. Process of Zinc Steel Fence
Assembly: Uses a weld-less, plug-in assembly system for quick installation and a clean appearance.
Multi-Layer Protection: The steel profile features a six-layer structure: a steel base, zinc-iron alloy layer, zinc layer, pure zinc layer, high-zinc phosphating layer, and a high-temperature cured coating for superior anti-corrosion and UV resistance.
Production Workflow: The process includes oil immersion, degreasing, phosphating, high-pressure washing, drying, and three stages of coating—inorganic zinc-rich primer, organic zinc-epoxy powder, and a durable polyurethane topcoat.
Fences are categorized by design: Type A (four rails with decorative elements), Type B (three rails), Type C (three rails), and curved models. Available in various size combinations, such as: Horizontal rail 32x32mm with vertical 16x16mm square tube Horizontal rail 40x40mm with vertical 25x25mm square tube Custom sizes available upon request.
4. Features of Zinc Steel Fence Durable: Made from galvanized steel that resists rust. Weather-Resistant: High-temperature baked coating withstands sun, rain, and corrosion without peeling. Easy Installation: Simple assembly process with proven reliability. Eco-Friendly: Combines durable materials with a green manufacturing process.
5. Colors of Zinc Steel Fence Standard Colors: Black matte, cream white, grass green, sky blue, dark pink, light pink, glossy black, gold flower, silver flower, gray matte. Special Colors: Champagne, bronze, imitation copper; customizable upon request.
6. Applications of Zinc Steel Fence Widely used for highway and railway barriers, airport and port security, municipal projects (parks, zoos, lakeside), residential and commercial property fencing, and decorative perimeter solutions. The modular design allows for easy installation with standard pipe supports.
